We're not allowed to make a club period actually. They've cut off the new club-making policy and only the old and still-popular clubs are still alive.
The whole point of it was that the clubs really didn't mean squat in the forums, because people would spam "I wanna join" and the OP would spam, right after they post, the list of people joining, and would include nothing else in their posts. Then after wards, people would start the club, and then after about 2 weeks, would die off, and people wouldn't care anymore. Clubs really aren't much around here, since there isn't really an organized club or faction feature in the community.
Lige, may I join? Your post has astounded me and actually made me laugh, therefore, your post deserves a merit, and you sir, are the most welcoming person in all of ArmorGames community, for you have made my day. This post was not at all sarcastic, and yes, I really would want to join a Lige fan club, after we come friends, comment on each other's page all day long, gossip, play games, discuss games, and give each other fictional merits and tell each other how great we are, and the best of all, have slumber parties and play Call Of Duty all night long. Hats off to you, my 1337 posts friend.
Lige has his own fan club. If you aren't a part of it, then any other club you are apart of is worthless and nothing more than a waste of time. Chances are you won't be able to become a part of Lige's club, because the club doesn't exist. Only nonexistent members may take part in the club. That's how exclusive the club is. Are you awesome enough to be in his club? I don't think so.
Since Nemo is busy with the whole Lige lulz, I'll go and answer, with a post I already posted:

If your club has a point, is active, lasts for more than 2 weeks, and does encourage spam and flaming from other users, then it is fine.
and doesn't encourage spam and flaming from other users, then it is fine.
Fixed. Usually when a club comes up, it has some abstract idea of what it is going to be about. That idea is what they write in the OP. Abstract idea about purpose of thread = thread is not going to live long. Then the "Can I join?" begins, and the thread gets a nice lock on it. Another really good reason is that a thread per dif should lead to discussion, which is why the purpose of "We are going to make contests and talk about *insert random stuff here" is just not enough.
