No on knows the year and no one cares. Humanity has proved its stupidity and greed by destroying itself in a series of World Wars. Now the monsters of the Earth, seeing their chance for domination, have broken loose the prove their strength by slaughtering anything in sight. The smaller and weaker ones such as the unicorns, the minotaurs, and even the smaller dragons were crushed in the rampage of the more powerful creatures. Now, after days of fighting, only the most fierce have survived...and have all gathered in the flatlands* of the Sarah desert.

Application Explained
Name: The name of your monster, linked to its Wikipedia page (or a larger source if you've found one). The monster you control must have been invented by someone else. (i.e. godzilla, King Kong, etc.) Don't worry if your monster has already been killed; in this game, every monster imaginable has risen. Hit Points: Your Hit Points should be in the high 100s. HP may vary, however. Godzilla will have more Hit Points because he isn't able to dodge very well, while King Kong will have less but is more agile and able to dodge well. Attacks: Describe the attacks your monster has. It can be anything as mundane as "scratch" to as fantastical as "mind control". Keep in mind though these are all powers the ORIGINAL CREATOR should have made up. Don't make up new powers for your monsters. As a rule, also don't have any powers do more than 300 dmg and keep them easy to subtract. Use rounded numbers (100, 150, 200, etc.) instead of 234.567. Also, attacks can have special effects like poison as long as they're not too overpowered. Description: Describe your monsters agility, strength, physical description, etc. Weaknesses: If your monster has a special weakness, include it here. If it has a weakness but the other monsters have to discover it on their own, write that.

Rules
1. As soon as your post your application you can begin! 2. Let your OPPONENT decide how much damage your attack does as long as they keep within the damage range you set under your attacks section. (x number-x number damage range.) 3. No flaming. 4. NO USING MONSTERS TWICE. If someone already took your favorite monster, too bad, use another, 5. Remember, this takes place in the Sahara. Your monster should be able to dwell on land, even if it can fly and/or swim as well. 6. After you've been reduced to 0 HP you're dead and can't come back. No healing, either.
As long as everyone keeps to these simple rules, this should be fun! I'll post my monster at the bottom to give everyone an idea of how they should be doing this.
Winning
The winning monster (last one standing) will face an ultimate challenge. He/she will be healed to full HP to overcome this monstrous foe. (No spoiler, you'll just have to wait and see what it is.)

Name:Orcus (also see Orcus), the Demon Prince of the Undead HP: 1000 Attacks: Steal Life-Transfers 100-200 HP from victim to Orcus. Tail Slash-100-300 damage. Wand of Orcus-300 damage. Raise Dead-Orcus can raise any fallen monsters as undead wraiths with 100 HP each to serve him until death. Description: Orcus is terrifying. As big as most dragons with goat hooves and face, he has a spiny tail, huge horns, a body ripped with enormous muscles, and fiery eyes of demon wrath. He carries a bony wand topped with an enlarged, green-glowing human skull. Weaknesses: Radiant/holy damage.
Name: Storm Dragon HP: 4000 Attacks: Tail sweap:100-300 damage, Werlwind: 100 damage, Elamental defense: a shelde come around Storm and protects her from the next 2000 damage and then deals 1000 damage to the enemy, Shadow soummon: soummons a shadow that looks like a gint dire wolf made of darkness from every source of darkness on the battlefeald Description: This elamental red and white dragon was born with a high level of controle over darkness, fire, water, and air. Her wings and underbelly are covered in snow white scales and the rest of her is covered in blood red scales. Weaknesses: electric, light
Eclipse, Obisdian Hydra of the pit. Hp: 600 per head. Defensive Abilities: Poison Mists: 1/2s damage for 3 turns- can be used only once per battle. Dark Energy absorb: Heals each head alive for 200-275 hp. Regenerate: Restores 1 head-can be used only twice per battle. Offensive Abilities: Rage: After 1 head is destroyed, damage is increased to 1.5X. After 2 heads are destroyed, damage increases to 2X. Regenerating a head causes rage to abate. Dark Bite: 100 damage X Number of heads remaining. Hyper Beam: 100-150 damage, can paralyze enemy temporarily. Dark Vortex: 175-200 damage.
