I recommend looking at one of the guides on the class you have chosen - I got stuck on the same guy and the guides really helped me and i managed to kill the bugger.

when he has about 20k hp he starts recovering fooucus at the cost of his health and he has a "ability" that makes you do maore damage thats how i beat him

or just look at the sonny 2 guides on biological class or whatever your class it shows u how to beat all the bosses
