[Well, it appears my spamming of the Dreams RPG obviously made people not want to play. Oh well, I'll just keep it on the other site. However, here is another game I recently thought up.]
Background:
In the year 2043, a meteor impacted Antarctica. A team of scientists was sent to recover the meteor for further study. They retrieved it, and the meteor was taken back to the United States for further study. It was believed to be just a normal meteor, and was largely forgotten. However, one day, while it was being transported to another place for holding, something happened. Although exactly what occurred is unclear, what is known is that the truck suddenly veered off the road and into the lobby of a hotel. The man came out, clutching at his throat. He fell over and begin convulsing. And then... he changed. He turned into a mutated monster. He attacked others, changing them as well. This was the beginning of the outbreak.
5 years later, and 3/4 of the world's population is mutated. The only cure for the virus is death. The governments of the world are becoming desperate, so they launch Project Hope. Small groups of scientists from around the world begin working on changing the virus to mutate a person, but to keep them from becoming hostile. They test it out on human subjects, and largely succeed... or so they think. One week after the tests have begun, all of the subjects go mentally insane and are forced to be locked up. They all fall into comas. The test is considered a failure. The base where the test occurred is scheduled for destruction on September 16, 2048 at noon.
It is currently September 16, 2048 9:00 am. And the subjects, who have been largely forgotten, have just woken up...
So yeah, in this game, everyone is a 'good' mutant. Right now, our goal is to escape by any means necessary. Also, if you want to join in with the mindless mutants(the 'bad' ones), you can do so at a later time.

I step out in front of the guards. They immediately open fire. I rush down the hall and look back. Wait... where's the mutant? I look back straight just as it jumps at me. I barely manage to roll out of its way. I immediately attack with my blade. We continue to fight.
Cullen I sneak behind the creature invisibly and elbow him as hard as i can in the throat knocking him out. [Saving wilsons life as he had his hand around your trhoat.]
"I don't need carrying anymore but thanks. Now that we are a team our options are extremely limited. And, i must say, that i have a desire for a battle. So, when will we fight"?
[Each other? Or like other mutants that are 'mindless'?]

The creature gets the upper hand and begins to strangle me. I feel myself about to pass out. Suddenly, the pressure is gone. I immediately inhale. I look up. Cullen had knocked the mutant out. "Thanks man... I would've been a goner."
We head back to the group, who have taken care of the guards. "Come on, let's get out of here." I say.
Dr. Strakanov approaches the elevator door and slides his keycard into a slot; the doors open. "Let's go." he says.
As soon as he slides the card into the slot, a camera comes out and an alarm sound. Then five guards come out armed with M-16s. I quickly strangle one, and grab the weapon and kill the others. I decide to take the guns with me, in case we need them.
The gunshots are heard and 4 more guards appear. I punch the one with extreme strength, cover to wall while they fire and make them believe i am dead. They come to explore and i welcome them with a big stab. I stab all three at once, and suck their blood to recover. And now you have to wait for one minute until i am able to do something.
