so whats with the random game every time i click on random game it sends me to a diffrent site its it and ad or something its annoying thats how i find all the good games.
I agree. Armor games...not cool. I don't like being linked out to a rando site. I come here for a reason. Adds are one thing, but if your promotion has stooped so low that you have to link us to WoW-style, subscription-based games, then I'm done.
You all should read Klausehouse's rant before forming a negative prejudice towards ads. Armor games is a free website. It's not like Daniel is floating in some castle in the sky where he makes and hosts games for free. In reality, Dan is a human being like all of us, and needs money to run this site. Money which can only be obtained through ads, unless you want to start paying to play.
I don't mind ads..in fact I love them because I get money for them. But the ads in question right now are actually very misleading, which I find kind of a dirty trick but it works to get clicks I suppose.
-Just to clear things up..it's a trick because it's where the "Random Games" used to be, and all the games are given a 10/10 for a rating even though no one is given a chance to rate them.
Technically it is still a random game, but it's on a small list of games from other websites who paid for that spot.
Not complaining, I actually think it's kinda clever I caught myself clicking them by accident a few times.
Y'know, the funny thing is, the number of plays that the "game" has fluctuates quite a bit. "The plays just droped 20K points rofl", I thought over and over. They put the 10/10 on there so that people will think that the game "we have" is awesome, so they will be prompted to click on it.
That isn't the only weird thing happening... now when I click on my username to look at my AG profile it says that I'm #1... favorites are deleted... all the counts on the left of games commented, rated, forum posts are back to 0. I really really hope AG can fix all the stuff happening to their great site.
Yeah I saw Fiesta. I'm thinking, "Hey wait isn't that a web game??". It had around 64k plays too. Then I refresh and the game had only around 6k plays lol. Yeah it was misleading. But then again, this is a free site so yeah, they need to sometimes do those kinds of things.
