Hey there, I take it you mightn't be familiar with the rules of this forum.

We make a big deal of posting only stuff that we've done ourselves (which, simply put, means created). Everything else we have to declare and post a link to instead. The reason for this is that posting stuff that is not yours may infringe copyright, and that is illegal. It's only not if you have written permission to post, or the material you post is not copyrighted i.e. in a public free-to-use domain or under a creative-commons license.

Anyway, illegal is bad, because it might cause problems for the running of the site. That's the short of it.

In addition to this, we also make a big deal of a user posting only stuff they have done on the Art Music and Writing section, with the occasional exception. The reason for this is because that was the purpose envisaged for the AMW.

Now the whole process of properly citing stuff can end up pretty complicated so I've left it out for now just so I can get the crux of the message across. I have no idea whether or not you've created the above animated .gifs yourself, but I can find out one way or another.
