Not really, try more like John or pretty much any Christian name.
"John" is generally only used in English-speaking countries. Most Christian countries use adaptations of the name, like "Johan", or "Juan". Muhammad, however, is the same in just about every language, and because there are much fewer Islamic names than Christian names, Muhammad is the most common.
