hello again fellow AG player!as you may know, most of my topics are about how did the universe was created and stuff. This time my theory is harder to believe.
Okay lets get to the point.
It is fact that every Vaccum has a temperature. Before the universe there was only vaccum. Over time, this vaccum would heat up and them BOM! our universe was created. Some of you may say that it was cold in that vaccum. Maybe if someplace is very very very cold, stuff may hapen on the atoms/protons/stuff (or maybe create the atoms/protons/stuff) and in this very cold temperature, a BOM! may occour or sth may cause the atoms to accelerate or something like that and, with all this movement, BOM!.
If some1 has sth to add/remove/multiply/teach me psics post it 'ere
Now why people who have had contact with aliens describe then with 2 arms, 2 legs, etc like a humanoid.
There are 2 theory, one is that aliens were from the old universe( there is a theory that there was an universe before ours that just blow up) and they lived in old earth. I dont believe much in this theory neither.
But the 2nd theory about aliens is that... WE ROCK!we humans rock! I mean, we have envolved so much that in our days nobody is creating a 3rd arm or 2nd head. This means that we have envolved to our full potential( our only "final" evolution is our mouth, some scientist foresee that our mouth will envolve a little more [that might make us look like the aliens with their big heads and eyes] and those aliens look like humans because they have envolved to their full potential and thats the best their species can do.
ok guys i read this whole topic and thought IT WAS COMPLETE RUBBISH its so stupid to think that anyone who believes in this stuff are idiots
Yeah, i think Einstain is an idiot. I guess Tesla is an idiot. I'm a idiot.
Nonsense. Aliens would evolve very differently from us, the chances of them looking even remotely like us are incredibly small.
Have you ever tryed to make an microorganism evolve in a star or in a real cold planet? no, and it wouldn't evolve because it is soo fragile. But if you introduce an advanced organism(previosly adapted to cold temperatures) into a cold planet there is a small chance this creature could evolve. And witch planet seens to support life: An tropical planet (hot[not so hot] and wet) or an cold asteroid with no atmosphere? hum? did I heard Naboo?
People do not know what aliens look like but we do know they dont look like us
Please stop watching "alien vs predator" and look into the facts: Most people that say that they have been abducted by aliens dont describe alies as a dino-thing or something, they describe aliens as a 2 arms, 2 legs, 1 head and stuff just like humans.

Firstly, naboo is a fictional place. Secondly, there are bacteria under the ice on antarctica, and they thrive. And there are bacteria in all kinds of extreme places. We don't know whether life can form on places where we can't live. Here on earth it did; Extremophiles. But it's not only the temperature that influences evolution. Gravity, natural boundaries, composition of the earth, etc. Maybe on another planet, plants don't use photosynthesis, but chemosynthesis. Maybe the creatures make their own energie. Who knows.

Just because some people say they were abducted doesn't mean it's true.

lets try to stick to facts. Any facts? (ok there may be some bacteria in antartida but there are no plants. No plants= no herbivore. no herbivores= no carnivores)(there may be some inteligent life in antartida but they all migrate to other places in the summer)
a lot of people are complaining that evolution takes milions of years.
Evolution takes milions of years if it happen NATURALY. Dogs/wolves, for example, they evolved a lot in the last few years. Imagine what it takes evolve a poodle from a wolf.
And we arent evolving right now because there is no natural selection. Humans may involve or evolve very slowly due to technology. this might have happened to aliens too. But then they figured out they weren't evolving and they decided to evolve(with lots of tech stuff). Or maybe they are billions of years older than the human race and they look alike cos the aliens also couldn't evolve due to technology, but their technology evolved so they could travel in space.

well you see evolution happens so slow that we arnt going to notice any of it.
and we arnt going to notice our own natural selection befcause of the fact that evolution takes millions of years. and if you do look at statistics over then last 5 hundred years humans have gotten taller on an average of maybe 2 inches. just thought id throw in that little fact
but with technology none of the "bad genes" will die and we will be on a "bad genes vs good genes(involution vs evolution)" fight that will create a "no-evolution"
I know this topic is more opinion than usual, but making Aliens look like humans is more from various fiction writers putting in their opinion about what Aliens look like, obviously they could look like anything. So isn't this topic a bit flawed?
our only "final" evolution is our mouth
I never knew that, thanks.
If we all look alike, then no one person would be an alien, we never call people with disfigurements aliens, so why do we call homo-sapien-sapiens (The animal that knows he knows; us, Monkeys are homo-sapiens The animal that knows) alien if they suddenly go through an evolutionary change?

Some people say that they have been kidnaped by aliens and they discribed teh aliens as "big head, 2 legs,2 arms,2 eyes, etc" and this looks like an human!

Aliens aren't homo-sapiens-sapiens. They may have the same characteristics as us (due to convergent evolution) but they are not equal. They migt be "space-Homo-Sapiens-Sapiens" or something
Nonsense. Aliens would evolve very differently from us, the chances of them looking even remotely like us are incredibly small.
thats not true. i've been thinking and i've come up with three posabilities: 1) conditions for life elsewhere started in the same way as here on earth because that is the only way life can be sarted. therefore, if the conditions are the same then evolution would, in theory, be the same so they would look similar to us. (I believe this one the other two don't really seem possible to me but i thought id put them out there)
2) conditions for life are completely different. eg. organisms breathe in different gasses, or they need some extreme temperature to thrive and not our temperature
3) conditions for life is the same, but an external factor, like humans traveling to the planet that the life is on, alters their evolution.
In posabilities 2 and 3 the evolved organisms would likely look different from us.
Aliens aren't supposed to look like us. People in the past can't really imagine much because there's not much drug at the past(Just kidding). Aliens could look like anything. Including cats. That is why some people say cats are plotting against us(Just Kidding). People who claims they saw aliens are human shaped, are either eaten too much steroids or it is their friend on an alien costume.
Alien life could be based on an element other than carbon, such as silicon. In this case they would look nothing like us and would be more like an insanely complicated AI computer.
"Aliens" look like humans because they are a figment of the human imagination. Our imagination tends to create things that we can relate to, so a symmetric, bipedal life form is a natural leap for our minds.
In reality if there are "aliens" elsewhere in the universe the likelihood of them evolving any of the characteristics which we recognize is even less than their existence in the first place.
