So, I am a spazz. I am hyper, and have random strange outbursts. Whenever people call me random, I tell them a little spazzing is healthy. Am I crazy?

yes you are. lol

"spazzing" is unhealthy. Actually everything like hyperactive and so is really bad. You can't calm down and so your body is ageing faster and u die sooner

Haha, what?! Where do have proof for that sort of statement? Being active is not going to age you faster and make you die sooner. Being active should in fact actually keep your body young and healthy.

actually. I heard if people are calm they live longer. So I'm just guessing its the contrary if people are active (btw i don't mean sports or exercising, i mean freaking out...every-time. Being in a constant state of "sugar rush".

Having hyperactivity and strangely outbursting can be solved by one thing: Powdered-Toast!

It always helps to give examples of the outbursts you have and whether they're planned (thought of it before saying) or not.

I would interpret that more as if people are stressed, then perhaps their life span may be shorter. Because people under stress do more often suffer physical ailments and heart disease. But I would't say that being a little hyperactive every so often would do that.

Well the word spazz comes from a disorder called Spasticity, so in that sense, it is not healthy.

I never knew being a spaz, or spastic was healthy. If it was healthy we'd all be spastic too my friend. I agree with Lige disguised as RailroadBill.

Spasms aren't too healthy. Search "spasticity" and do some reading.
