5.Dead Space I found this game really creepy. You start off in a mothership that got infected by some sorta alien invasion. fight off the infected while keeping yourself alive.
4.Bioshock The underwater uptopia rapture has been long gone, all thanks to some DNA thingy. You crash into it ad need to survive. The big daddies and little sisters that pop up randomly can be really creepy...
3.Silent Hill-Forgotten Memories I dont really need to write anything bout this one...

When I finally broke down and bought my first metriod game (Metriod Prime 2 Echoes) the aliens, dead human egg infested carcases, and spooky foggy misty sticky caves scared the S**t out of me
I've have experiences playing the Condemned games when I've literally jumped up in fright when something jumped out. I love scary video games, I love the feeling of peeking round a dark corner and not knowing what lurks there....... BOO!
I played FEAR 1, and I found it extremely scary. Alma does some crazy mind-tricks and the random bodies exploding and sudden appearances of her just staring back at you. Alien Vs. Predator is pretty scary too - not that scary - but made me jump a few times. BioShock is pretty scary too.
Bioshock is only scary at the beginning, Fallout 3 is at the places where its dark and ghouls everywhere [Go to Youtube to see what I mean] and like everyone says FEAR is scary too.
