I don't see the point of it, I have written their a couple of times and I have never gotten a reply back. Can't you just make another tab for the Business Offers? Because I think that's all it's for. -_-
Other than feedback and help, which can be solved by asking a mod and even a veteran user, the contact tab is very important. Aside from making business offers and licensing games, you can contact AG about any copyright infringements that have been found, whether it is a game or something in the site.
On the subject of replies, I cannot say since I never did one of those before. What's to be posted if you're a non-developer? It could be that the staff doesn't take the contacts that aren't of the utmost importance.

You are wrong too they have options like help, feed back etc no one has ever written that "That place is where you send serious message directly to the staff." Except You! You can send any type of message.
Oh, I get it. The reason why I said serious, is because you don't just ask simple questions there. Usually, when you contact the staff directly it'll be for something serious, not casual.
