Background:
I drew this in 45minutes during math class which is why it is on graph paper. I'm not in any classes for drawing, or even an art class. Sure I doodle every so often but nothing seriously like this. I did not trace it, I DID draw it. It is a copy from the album Plastic Beach by the Gorillaz. It seems i'm only able to draw well, if i see it. I'm not able to draw off the top of my head, any tips on doing that?

Idk it's just a slogan haha! I really did have it as "Brute force" when i first thought about King Lemon, but then was like wait lets make this clever-er!

I realize its been a while since I last posted any drawings, I've been busy...so if I need to create a new thread I will...in the mean time i promised a self portrait and here it is:

about an hour and a half stretched out over a week lol...
im getting better at drawing quicker...Before it would have taken twice as long, so i do feel somewhat accomplished! haha

what do you mean by little details...i agree its not AS realistic as it could be (that'll come with time) or are you, like i feel many others have, just looking at the first drawing on the first page and commenting on that...

Finally converted my .ai files to .jpeg...lost A LOT of color

So heres a few things i've been working in my digital design class. Everything was created in Adobe Illustrator CS5

My recent project
Had to recreate a movie poster as best as you can, with yourself in it.
Everything was made in Photoshop, but the sign was created originally in Adobe Illustrator.
