I'd totally take the zombie spot if it was available, but don't you think that a zombie wouldn't have enough intelligence to be controlled by a human player? Also, if it was your intention for this to be so, why are there only one of each type of monster? It's much more likely for a group of similar monsters to attack a house than it is for a ragtag group consisting of a zombie, werewolf, vampire, and ghost. just a suggestion, do whatever you want.

BTW, add a ninja and a pirate with a secret grudge, and make this a b.c. family, to create an idea of the history of the feud between the two (that was a joke [seriously though, don't do it]).
