the story to THUG (tony hawks underground) its not the best but i really enjoyed the story

I believe the Final Fantasy Tactics game for the PSX has one, if not the best, stories out there today. Luckily I found the entire story someone has graciously typed out for us. Read on, and understand why this game is just so great.

The Metal Gear Solid series has the best story, imo. I wish they made a movie about it.

The Assassin's Creed series and it's diverse storyline would fascinate me. I approve of this!

Assassins Creed series for me has the best storyline, but then I don't play many games so can't compare to much xP

the kingdom hearts series hands down

I saw someone point out MGS, which is very commendable of him. Mgs shows a thoughtful and very well made story, along with many cultural references and perspective on politics...As for me, I feel Final Fantasy 7 should be pointed out, but since it's the most talked game ever, I'll go with the amazing Xenosaga trilogy.

the entire metal gear series is a good one and MGS4 was effinatly a tear jerker for people who have played all of the previous ones

Kingdom hearts in general is beautiful! I also like The World Ends With You, by Enix as well.
