Uh Freaking sonic because he can out run stupid mario's fire balls or whatever there called... and if kirby tries to suck him in well he will get a hairy mouth and spit him out. so yeah sonic FTW
Kirby has the most endurance, being able to take several hits sand powerup. He also is the most flexible, being able to eat many things and gain powers.
Mario probably has the most experience. He's had many adventures needing him to do many things. He also can shoot fire out of his nose and spin around to knock things out, Zangief style. Also, he has the medium endurance recently.
Sonic is the fastest, by far. Even adapted to video games, Mario and Kirby don't have nearly the land speed that Sonic has. However, remove him from his rings and he's in trouble. The proper battle choice here is tails. He's nearly as fast, can fly and is FREAKING IMMORTAL. At least, by the standards of the sonic games that matter.
Mario VS. Sonic VS. Kirby: My bets are on Kirby. Mario does a Zangief spin on a passing sonic, knocking his rings out. He then sweeps the leg for fatal damage. Then, Kirby eats Mario and gains fire powers, 2/3 HP for Mario. Mario jumps on Kirby, making his health now 90%. Kirby then throws a fireball and hits Mario with a hammer.
