The light stings against my skin
when the sunlight touches i can feel it sink in
trying to withdraw away from the pain
my body hates the light

I can't quite distinguish a meter, but it's a good start. Maybe try removing a few words in the second line.

Why are you talking like Yoda or something?
Eh...not really much of the meter, kind of too short, but it was still ok. But if you say it's about vampires, I'm gonna dropkick a baby into a blender. I've heard enough about vampires to last a lifetime. Just not unique, yanno?

Uh...what? Is that part of the poem? It doesn't have any specific meter or rhyme, nor does it have any relevance to the rest of the poem, or to, well, anything.

The sunlight is like poison to me.
I can oly handle it in small doses.
When it touches me pieces die inside.
My body hates the light.

Yanno is "you know". It's kind of slang.
Oh...I've got it now. English is your second language isn't it? So, you're Asian? I just remembered that their sentences are structured the way you're talking. It's kind of funny.
Yoda is a character in a famous series of movies called Star Wars. He talks with disjointed sentences like you.
