Well I didn't know you were talking about your whole family. For my birthday I got from my parents two jeans and a shirt and my sister bought me bioshock2. that's all I got from my whole family and trust me I have a big family. From my relatives I got sixty dollars.

Ask for a jetpack then super-jump into your neighbour guns and spray them all with a NERF gun. Oh yeah, you'll be charged with breaking and entering and probably assault to boot, but damn - the look on his face would definitely be worth the jail time!
