What one particular event would absoulutly kill all your self esteem? I saw a commercial of the "Women Policemen" show and i think that that would kill all of mine. Im not trying to be sexist, just thats my particular idea. This one event that kills your self esteem can be real, or could be. no "Being abducted by alein's and being probed" type of things.
I can't think of anything that will entirely kill my self esteem. I can think of numerous things which can significantly damage my confidence but in the end, I know that I am and never will be utterly useless. Even if I'm a hermit.

When that happens to me, I either calmly retreat, hold back a lot steam or explode into a vicious rage. "Family"? If that "family" of mine would enjoy such humiliation and openly mock me for it they can **** themselves.
