First I pick the lock as silently as possible. Then I sneak past the large lady and grab the gun. I hit the lady in the temple with the but of the gun to make sure she stays unconscious. Then I kick down the bathroom door and shoot the target in the head. If he has any rings on I take that as proof. If not, I shoot his hand and take a finger.
