What did you think about the Project Wastland 0 ??? I found that it was awesome ! I can't wait for the 1.

It's pretty fun. Borrows heavily from other rpg games of the past though. It also is in desperate need of some kind of dialogue, whether narration or conversation between NPCs, right now it's just a combat simulator of the final game.

I am hoping it improves upon the points AA mentioned but I thought it was alright for a start.

I found it addicting and entertaining. I saw heavy influence from previous RPGs but that's not a bad thing. I'm in agreement with the previous posts as well. I'm hoping that the final version has exploration and a story along with NPC interaction and a more functional upgrade and item system. I also found a very interesting hidden weapon which caused raucous bouts of laughter. Let me post the screen shot for you guys...

Someone that I killed had a PDA on them. It got placed in the special items area of the inventory. When I hovered the mouse over it in the inventory it said something like "A legendary weapon awaits a worthy wielder" and then it went to a map of an area and showed me how to walk to a hidden part of the map. When I got to the spot it popped up with the screen where you select which loot you want to keep. I figured a horse dildo would be a great melee weapon so I kept it XD

Is anyone aware of a way to get more than just the 2 action/attack points? I'm guessing it's something to do with stats, if it's even implimented yet. I basically just raised my perception and focused on range damage as that seemed to dish out the pain more reliably, but I reached the 'hell' mode without ever getting more than just 2 attacks per turn. (I also saw those raider guys of both colours attacking more than that, so I was curious.)

I was wondering the same thing, I doubt it right now. Also in chaos mode, a lot of the other characters have 5 AP, so you better have good armour!

1. the main is a furry and i do in fact have prejudice against them
2. thors dildo that is not pg-13
3. i it seems like it should really be named "Fallout: furries on the hunt"

That is one of the most restrained expressions of anti-furry sentiment I have ever seen lol. But seriously furries aren't all that bad as long as you don't visit a) 4chan b) any furry-themed board/forum c) Second Life.

True, but a) it was an Easter-egg (not really an excuse) and b) we've got to somehow figure out what to do about all the other games on here that are clearly not PG-13... that's a broader issue.

That would be ignoring every single NPC, who are clearly not furry.

That would be because this is an early version which only demonstrates the game mechanics. We'll see what kind of storyline future incarnations of the project has.

I think you might have to review the level of your bias if you're gonna let something as innocuous as that get in the way of your game!

my bias will never leave me >.> and come on really i don't find as a coincidence that along with game with a furry there's a huge horse dildo? i bet if the main was human there wouldn't be my review is still a solid 2/10

But seriously, the "Thor" reference is not unique to 'furries' and it would be a hilarious easter egg regardless of what species the main character is.

It sounds to me like someone had a bad cosplay experience and is taking it out on a well made demonstration of the battle mechanics of what promises to be a greatly entertaining RPG. Seriously bro, why u mad?
