If I had to pick one off the top of my head, I would choose:
Assault: Scar
Sniper: M21
pistol: USP

If there ever was one, my favourite would be a railgun.

my favourite rifle has to be a .22 as it is a great all round rifle

The Gravity Gun. Just imagine how much fun you could have with it if it was real.

Favorite Real gun:
Browning Highpower 9mm pistol. Easy to shoot, light enough for women like me and easy to clean.

Favorite fake gun:
Lincoln repeater rifle (Fallout3).
Easy to use and made wonderful messes of mutant heads

you guys are picking guns that could and would jam up in a real situation too many moving parts

my personal favorites are the over and under and the side by side 12 gauge

M1911. Don't ask why. I'm not a gun geek at all. It just looks cool and it's a pistol.
