Aside from the FPS, which should be at least 16 frames per second, you might want to consider to do some easing.
Here's a guide to easing. It was originally made for Pivot, but easing works the same way no matter what program you're using, and the information within should help your animating.
Doodle animations are a bit hard to make. Drawing frame by frame unless you're using tweens. I'm familiar with Macromedia Flash (which is way outdated) so I'm not sure how your animating program works.
What was with that cow that I saw for less than a second?
-moar liquidity (moar frames, sped up), -improved blood effects. It was just a one-framed blob of red, and why was there blood on the spikes to start out? -add frames at the end. Just because it ends doesn't mean that it stays if it loops.
