Uncharted 3, finally. I was really hoping when Sony announced there was going to be a PS3 exclusive announcement during the Spike VGAs. I was like, it has got to be Uncharted 3, and what happens? Uncharted 3 gets announced mother-father!

Ok, um, the game will take place all over the world as usual but the finale will be in a desert. According to Naughty Dog, Nathan Drake will be searching for the lost city of Iram, or Atlantis of the Sands which is located in the Arabian Peninsula. Sully will be returning and I would think Elena since she's a main character. I'm not sure about Chloe though as she left in Uncharted 2. Click for the trailer!

Wow I didn't expect them to make a new one, but yea I'm very excited for a new uncharted game.
I hope it's better than the rest.

I saw the trailer on IGN and I'm excited! I don't even have a PS3!

IGN also has some deep talks about the trailer and screenshots. I recomend watching the rewind theatre, beyond podcast, and this article.

And there should be a new trailer on Dec 12 on the Spike VGAs. I think.

The thing I love about uncharted series is it's storyline. I think it's one of the few games I've played that actually gives a reason to go around doing the things you do, not just shooting people for the sake of it. [i]*ahem*CoD[i]

Can't wait for this one to come out!

So true, you get an excuse to do that cause you're in the army.
gives a reason to go around doing the things you do

But there's still a lot of killing involved.

Oh my god. Uncharted 3!!! I can't wait. I like the Uncharted series for it's storyline,epic explosions and, it involves more strategy than just running in and shoot everything you see. You actually need to study people's movements and wait for the perfect time to strike.

I can't wait for this to come out!

soooo psyched! I just heard about this a few hours ago and got so excited. i knew a new one was coming out, but i didn't know when. as of now i believe it's late 2011. also, for anybody who didn't expect this, uncharted is going t be one of those saga games, i read an interview where one of the creators of naughty dog basically said the games will continue to be produced as long as the fans still want them! i just hope it doesn't run dry, like some series often do...

I almost Platinumed #2 now, I just gotta beat Crushing mode now.
