illustrator isn't made to do animations and especially games... you can make the characters and such in illustrator for the game...but maybe try flash? or check out HERE to see how to start your own games

Does multimedia fusion 2 count as a pixel game? I am pretty clueless but it is a game maker...

Flash CS5, but you need to learn to program or find a partner to do it.

well i know Flash cs5 too i work with flash from the cs3 and i have a friend: Programpro, he knows allot of as2.0 and thats what i want...but i don't want to spend 4 hours drawing 50,000 of cubes to make a space ship or something!

I dont mean to be a forum nazi, but this should probably be moved to the Programming Help section.

Flash for making the game, make the art in another program for pixel art. Cause Flash isn't too good for that, or that's what I've noticed.
