It depends on my mood, Sometimes i just can't really relax. Because of the circumstances that i feel irritated, Stressed, and Anger. But usually when i feel like relaxing. I would take a nap or listen to music or i would ask a friend to massage my back. =))
I either listen to music or watch tv. I like to play video games too, but it seems those get me more tense. Also, playing a good puzzle game helps. But not the super hard ones!
Hot shower, punching bag, reading, laptop, I have a lot of stuff. Occasionally I just go to sleep, and miraculously everything's better after a good night's sleep.
when i relax i move my bed outside. watch the stars. and maybe watch some of my favorite shows since i can see the tv from my deck. we live in arizona so its never really cold and its always perfect for watching stars since its in the desert
If i'm on the bus I tend to relax by having the person in front of me put their window down so i can just close my eyes and have the wind hit my face (even if it's freezing outside)
If i'm at home; i play piano, work out, or just lay there in complete silence.
If i'm in a loud place; i put my headphones in, turn it up so i can't hear them, then play either Gorillaz or classical music
By listening to classical music, playing sport (or just excercising in general), reading books, acting (as in acting as an actor), being silly. Also going for walks with my dog.
