Eli Manning is the quarterback for the New York Giants. His brother, Peyton Manning, is the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. Peyton Manning is generally considered to be the better qb, so Eli is known as "the lesser Manning".
The winning team of the Super Bowl gets a Super Bowl ring. Peyton Manning has led the Colts to one Super Bowl win, so he has one ring. As of tonight, Eli Manning has led the Giants to two Super Bowl wins, so he has two rings.
Therefore, the lesser Manning has the more rings. Make sense now?
