Really depends on what you're doing it for, kleptomania would be heavily frowned upon but stealing for a mission/greater task would be acceptable.
Basically, as long as you stay a civilized person one is safe.

Hey, I don't look up on D&D forums. It's been more of Warhammer 40K. Sorry if I'm ignorant to the choices for making a character.

No no it's fine, just wouldn't recommend a frakking halfling.

Just for the hell of it no, tis stealing. Why you would steal in front of a Paladin anyway is beyond me.

Cant decide whether to go Half-Celest or maybe a Genaso bloodline.
