You guys continue down the well; Calethen and Jozan are both forced to duck down, Calethen being a little over 6 feet tall, and Jozan being a little under 6 feet. The rest of you are able to walk normally, although your heads nearly scrape the top of the well. The water gets deeper as you go on, and it goes from the taller characters' knees to nearly their hips, meaning the shorter characters are up to the middle of their chests or higher. Suddenly, Badger starts to growl softly in the back of his throat.
