I recently noticed on Tap Tap, that I was missing notes that I clearly hit. And same with other apps, Pocket guitar has a delay, Ninjump isn't picking up my jumps and other things.
First of all, is it jailbroken? Have you tried turning off your ipod then turning it back on? I looked around on google and the general consensus seems to be that a touch device made by apple should never need to be calibrated, and if you are having trouble with it, to send it back or go to the apple genius bar and have them look at it.
