i messed up the first time...

John Howe's art on Tolkien's Silmarillion and Lord of the Rings make up for some good wallpapers.. some favourites of mine are The Drowning of Anadune, Morgoth's Forces before Gondolin, The Bridge of Khazad-dum.

I never cared about wall papers but now I have picked some in Google. I think they are good.

I've found a site w/ lots of great pictures for wallpapers. Its a photographer who goes all over the world taking snapshots and then touching them up... HDR photography or high dynamic range photography is what its called. The site says that they're free to use... just that you have to credit it and the author/owner
