Communication as we know it would stop. However, theres other forms of communication that don't involve computers. How do you thing the Fighting Forces of WWII, both Axis and Allied, communicated?
Almost all the weapons of the US Armed Forces have manual overides. I.E., I don't need computers to use a tank, or fly a plane. Would it be a lot harder, yes. But could it be done? Yes.

and alos on the isarael topic israel should probably/possibly not even exist, there was astudy in the seventies which proved that nearly all eastern european jews were not semitic, isarel has commited war crimes and the world just turns the other cheek, their regime is just a s bad possibly worse that saddam husseins, israel should be the sizd of the west bank and palestine should be the size of israel not the other way around
