Um, I'd start on working on overall proportions such as the lenght and width of arms and legs. Other than that, I guess it's a good enough start, do you draw often?
I'll try to draw something that looks like a space marine. I've almost finished some piece I'm working on so it shouldn't be long.
LoL haha thanks for your comment! Yes i do draw often... i have a sketchpad collection of stuffs but i dont only draw Space marines. Looking forward to your space marine!
I'm guessing FallenSky haven't played Starcraft. Well, those guys are that wide because they have big fat space suits, created to fight creepy aliens on distant worlds. They're actually wider in Starcraft.
The two first out of three might not be so bad, but the latter really need some corrections, and the armor is not an issue here. However wide the armor maybe, they couldn't be thinner than the actual body right? Now you agree that the medic's leg are far too thin too look realistic.
Haha Fallen sky, i have to agree with you. Space marines can come in different shapes and sizes. Some as big and bulky like those in warhammer 40k and starcraft, some at normal size like the stormtroopers in Star Wars and the spartans in Halo.
By the way i feel that the medic's legs are alright shape because i want to draw her more feminine.
