Hey, I'll be starting to post my new art here. I'm a pixel artist, which means I draw with a 1x1 brush, one pixel at a time. Sorta like lo-fi graphics. Retroooo :3
Random landscape
Logo for friend's band [One On Us]
Character drop a la Miervelles
Silly character mockup a la SuperBrothers
Walk cycle [first attempt]
Treasure Chest Gold

More to come, I'll try my best to update this regularly (few times a week)
That's been mentioned in the past, but I'm not the best with coming up with my own jokes. If the community would supply me with some, I'll illustrate them.
Hey, not bad on the house! I like how you did the sky.

Lol, same with me. You could get a few ideas from Cyanide and Happiness, perhaps?
I understand completely, and completely agree with what you're getting at. But, instead of editing the house, I can simply edit the ground. That was easy. c;
Woah. Dude, that's great! It looks like someone painted right onto the wood. I just have a question: What's with the light semi-circle just above the wood knot?
^ Explanation: while my family was geocaching a couple of days ago, we found an 'easy' button, like the one from Staples.
GEOMOTHA****INGCACHING.
Anyway I like your stuff oak :P except it means I can't post my pixel art because you make me look bad. I really like the background textures but they don't make the slightest bit of sense to me.
Are you making these backgrounds, or taking pictures off the internet, because the latter may get you in some trouble if you use them in your game.
*sigh* Not meaning to be rude, but I am an artist, and I obviously know I cannot plagiarize artwork. The artist said the textures were allowed for reproduction, anyways, I'm not using those textures in the game. Thanks for the heads up though~
Now, the second one is ok, but I think there is a problem. The cracks in the wood are too wide apart. It gives your art a lot of unwanted depth. Just a heads-up.
I agree with you, it's because instead of overlaying the pixels, I bumped the back image, which pretty much leaves an imprint on the foreground (the pixel art), making it look sorta sticker-ish. The depth is just because of the wood image I chose. d: Thanks~
