The worst game I own is probably GTA IV. I have also heard that the new Duke Nukem is pretty bad.

The game is terrible because of its graphics? Does that make a game to you? Nevermind that, Red Alert has better graphics than Mario, but it depends on what Mario you are thinking of.
But wait! The OP is suggesting the most Mature game you own in the house! The confusion among us is staggering! But if you must know what the most Mature game I own is, it's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. It houses excessive blood, gore, and nudity, but I don't think it has strong language thrown in the mix. The game is the most mature I have in the house (because often times, the REALLY mature ones make terrible games), but it is an awesome game with an awesome storyline. Patrick Stewart is the commentator! Yay~~

Anyways, I'm guessing you forgot to read the OP. And Koru too. This is about games that are bad, as in violent or otherwise offensive. Mass Effect 2 is not very offensive, and I've never played Mickey's Epic Adventure, but I'm guessing it isn't either.
Anyways, Gears of War 3 looks pretty darn brutal as well. Saw this trailer where one of the monster guys (locust, I think) ripped off a human's arm and beat him to death with it, in Multi-player mode.

People, read the OP. E.T. might have been a lame game, but it was not BAD is in extremely graphic, and it did not have a huge amount of sexual content.

No. It was banned in Australia because they're more sensitive to the kind of stuff Left 4 Dead shows:
* The game contains violence that is high in impact and is therefore unsuitable for persons aged under 18 to play.

The worst games, in general, are the ones that look awesome and fun to play, but then, when you spend WAY TOO MUCH on the stupid thing, it is boring and is either WAY too long or too short. Those kinds are the worst ever. I can't give any examples though 'cause I cant thing of anything. By the way, I like the game Plants vs. Zombies. Its fun in a way that all can enjoy it.
