Of all the things in MW2, I'd have to say its music and presentation was pretty awesome (if inaccurate and flawed lol).

If you're a fan of that music (which, so am I) then I figured you may like something like this. Amazing music in my opinion, and also this is one piece of music they do, each one is sufficiently different so browse around and check which one you like most.
By the way, the piece Globus used - Europa, it's a good one for an FPS if it's instrumental imo.
thebluerabbit I've never heard any of them (read: remember) although I do remember playing Starfox as well as Zelda, Sonic and some old Mario games. They're still awesome.

I'm thinking this is my favourite thread. All the stunning music pieces that isn't adrenline rushing stuff (which to be honest I've been the one linking) is pretty amazing, especially from the games.
It's a shame Battlefield hasn't got much of it, mostly because there's no story and thus no sad parts where it would fit. I hope they do have it in Battlefield 3 though because if they do they can pull off one of the best music soundtracks ever.
highfire, i havnt played the first starfox (starwing) but i heard its theme on super smash brothers brawl and it was very epic (lol the songs from startfox i heard on ssbb actually are the reason why i decided to play them) my fav starfox song would be area 6.
about the zelda games... its hard to explain. the main theme is great but what i really like about the zelda tracks is the fact that they are really good as backrounds for places and some melodies are as good as normal songs even though they are just a few seconds long. songs i have to mention are the main theme sarias song (2 versions)song of healing and many others.
sonic tracks are very catchy and i really enjoyed starlight zone and sky chase zone.
for mario i only meant the super mario galaxy series because i pretty much think ALL tracks there are awsome because they used an orchestra for everything in the game. i really liked good egg galaxy and gusty ggarden galaxy.
final fantasy is amazing and i just love: aeris themetifas theme to zanarkand[b] and many others.
id also like to include kingdom hearts and pokemon mystery dungeon series but i think thats enough XP.
