So jeol has one comp up, but it seems different enough from yours. Anyway...my entry!



Horror is my specialty, so I had to do something for this.

But here are my two cents. Art comps (non-literary) just seem to run out of steam. Having 2 comps out will probably spread everybody to thin when there are not that many participants to begin with. I know jeol's changes things up with different art forms, but that also competes with the other literary comps. Anyway, all I'm trying to say is that one focused comp would work better than several.

Don't worry, I a;ready talked to joel about this. He said it'd be perfectly fine to make one. I see another user has created one of those without permission though...

Oh, wow this is perfect. I just created a pretty scary character. BOOYAH.
Though it might not really be horror material. :P

Great! I will try to draw something nice before the end of may, but I have yet to find a method of scanning it in...

Do you have a digital camera? If you do, set the camera to macro with no flash. Works pretty well, just try and get a good and even lighting for your pic.

-If you would like to become a judge in the future just ask!
-If you would like to make a suggestion for a possible new theme, again, just ask!
-What's there to lose? Even if you don't win, it's still great fun!
-Time isn't an issue. I give out lots of time for people not to just throw something together, not that Bronze did it or anything.
-Even though a certain theme may lead to possible use of inappropriate submissions, don't do it.
-Follow AG's rules.
-As long as it regards pictures, you may troll suggestions to one another.
-I'm aware that joel's contest is running and so is Holladay15's. I've talked to both of them. We've reached an agreement. If you want to find it out look at our profiles. It's way too long to type up, we had a VERY LONG discussion about it involving many a users. We're still discussing it now.

That's good! I wasn't expecting to receive many submissions for the first round. I was only expecting at the most 5. I hear Tacky and Quirnis will be entering soon. I may even put something in, not to be judged of course, but, ya know, for looks.

Due to my need for new bike parts in a far away land, I won't be on here running the Comp for the next few days. Not that you still can't submit, but I just want you to know that your questions can't be answered. If worst comes to worst, I'll have someone else judge the first/trial Comp. Don't ask for me to choose you, because I already have someone picked out. I'd get more info out to ya, but I really gots to goes. Bye!
