This is basically the same game as the one that has been running for quite a while, but it will be all official material, no house rules or non-rulebook sources of any kind, and I may enforce mandatory characters if things get too far out of hand (TRF has said that things were getting carried away in the other game). I also want chracter and OOC dialouge to be better managed, in other words don't fill this game up with a bunch of meaningless chatter (If all you want to do is talk about something, do it in the other game). New players are always welcome, and in fact encouraged, even if you don't own any of the books or know any of the rules. If any new players want to join, see the other game for rules, give me a race and class, and I will take care of the rest. As soon as at least 4 characters are made, this game will begin. The module I am using is a DCC, known as "The Black Pearl" (and I don't mean the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean)
Grok: 6-8 hits/rounds (ASSUMING 32 is an average amount of damage to be expected) Char: 4 Raz: 4 Cleric: 2-3 Sister 1: 2-3 Sister 2: 2 Wolfeh: 2
19 rounfds... I'll say collectively, eveyone would do 70 damage per round, making 1370; but this would obviously be lower, as people would start dying off in the first 5-10 rounds. So basically, you ****ed us if I estimated right.
Let it be clear I'm not knocking it, I am just saying Warshaper is not overpowered.

You got to account for luck. There are chances for nat 20s and nat 1s on both sides, just plain missing, and I wouldn't be surprised if it had an ability similar to one of my favorite beasties that allows it to heal by absorbing dead bodies.
Like I said one tried a sneak attack but failed terribly, the other ones sheet is not ready yet.
No..... Since she hadn't yet entered combat before this, she was further away than everybody else. The rest of the party is either ranged or had already advanced before it was alive. Remind me never to word anything creatively around you again.......
Also, 32 is the most dmg he can deal without getting a Crit.....

Predictions like that never work in a game based on luck. Besides, the beastie might have weaknesses or powers we haven't seen yet. Basically, what Dibs said.

It's not that.

Wait? You're actually agreeing with me?

Still if he focuses on one of us we are ****ed and if he evenly disperses it our chances are slightly better.
This maw's still harder to kill than an Elder Wyrm, regardless.
Since I seem to be the only one who doesn't care if my character dies, go ahead and have the Frankencreature aim at das puppeh, Dragon. Well, if you don't qualify that as metagaming I mean.
He is harder to kill than a Golden Great Wyrm....... except for the fact that a Golden Great Wyrm can deal 240 dmg to each party member in a single round, has DR 15/Magic (3 times this one's DR), can fly, get's a luck bonus and has an AC of 42, not to mention the fact that the whole party would **** their collective pants as soon as they saw it.......

Hey, I don't mind.
