sorry, i know your kind of new and all but the thread will probably be locked as a duplicate, there is hundreds of cod vs threads and im sure halo was one of the first come up it just depends if you really want to sift through pages of older threads...
COD, faster paced, better balanced, and not as glitchy.
Faster paced? Bah. Halo allows the time for skirmishes, not camping and erupting from nowhere to kill and enemy in 2 seconds; a sign of cowardice on the video game battlefield. Better balanced? How can Halo not be balanced?
Everyone has the same choice of starting guns, and aside from the Elite v. Spartan differences, everyone's on the same playing field, excluding past experience and practice.
Glitchy? Not even a legitimate argument towards the game's overall quality. New Vegas was glitchy as HELL, but i still had a blast!
BTW; this is a MAJOR repeated post. Metroid, please, have some originality.
another BTW: NO MORE COD V. HALO.
The two occupy two different shooter niches that appeal to different people. Aside from being FPS', CoD and Halo are two totally different games.
Halo isn't just a shooter. If your a nerd like me you care about the universe and the lore. I was fascinated by the Forerunners and who they were, and also the flood.
Any ways Gravemind has something to say to COD fanboys. SUBMIT

You can still have time consuming(Boring IMO) skirmishes in COD, just play SnD or One in the Chamber.

All that says to me is the game is repetitive and you don't get rewarded for doing well.

I don't find it fun to have a nice killstreak ruined by a vehicle getting launched across the map and landing on me...

I think Halo is a better series with the campaign and gameplay, but COD is what most people play and Halo stopped with reach which was a great game but COD will just keep coming
