By this I mean on a game. No comments on real deaths (Unless you died playing as someone who was supposed to die). After your comment leave what game you died on (e.g I got shot-Call of Duty). Try to be as descriptive as you can(e.g I got shot in the face while I was next to a school bus-Call of Duty). Thank you, and lastly no swearing or anything like that. You get the picture. I don't remember why/how I died last, but I did have a close call.
Dragon Quest V (DS), I was going through a sea cave, when four Blizzybodies (Ice monsters) attacked me. Two of them were killed, then the surviving two used the cold breath attack, leaving my son at critical health, and my daughter at 1 hit point.
I do not accept any death in the DQ series unless I run away.
A few hours ago when I was playing Mortal Kombat Armageddon. My character was Rain and I was fighting Onaga. I almost won, but Onaga is very difficult.
I last died playing Halo: Reach. I was in a game of SWAT when i was killed. So i waited to respawn, and when i did, i died instantly. The same thing happened again. And again. Oh, and one more time. Yup, I was spawn killed four times in a row!!! I actually put this clip on my file share. This little event got me so angry lol. I wound up breaking my controller. Thanks Halo! (and all the no lives who play it)
Hmm, I think my last death was in Force Unleashed II (too short of a game), I died against *SPOILER (maybe?)* Vader in the last battle *SPOILER* when I was playing on Unleashed difficulty.
I died on InFamous 2 when i had to choose if i wanna kill the Beast but with that kill myself and all the other conduits and save the humanity or join the Beast and betray the Humanity.. and i chose to die with the Beast..

I last died playing 'Shadow of the Colossus' I was fooling around. I just got the flash arrows. They go BOOM. I got on my horse, rode to the edge of a cliff, shot my horse with said arrows, and the explosion sent me falling to my death into water.
I last died on Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. I was playing it last night. My character was Sub-Zero and I was playing Onaga and hard difficulty. I almost beat him, but you can't land any special techniques on him which makes it even more difficult on top of the difficulty level. I WILL BEAT HIM ONE DAY!
