On Madden NFL 2004, they did a remix of Bone Crusher's "Never Scared" It is still Bone Crusher singing, but it was remade to be a football song, I think it turned out really good.

Also, on NBA 2k10, the song "Help, I'm Alive" by Metric is a really kick *** song. In my opinion, the bes soundtrack for a video game ever.

MLB 2k10 has the song "Run Away" which i think also is a very good song for that particular game.

I'd say this one. Has a really nice tune.

I agree with Zultimategamer2000. Although, portal music in general is great.

If we are talking about actual songs, I would have to say I love the songs in Guitar Hero (lol, jk )

But if we are talking about soundtracks, I would have to say Zelda. It has a nostalgic feel to it, and is simply beautiful.

I've narrowed it down to a top three:

Still Alive from the first Portal game.
Want You Gone from Portal 2
You're Not Alone from Final Fantasy IX (this is the fan-vocal version that I'm linking to but that's because it's even better than the version on the OST)

The first 2 are just absolute triumphs of video game music in terms of quality and comedy value and the first is really quite moving emotionally.

The entire soundtrack to Castle Crashers :P
