Ok i played Ac3 brother hood i have no xboxlive. So i played single player for like a few hours, and i Disappointed me! The first one and second one is better.
Well Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is a good game, both it isn't better then Assassin's Creed II, it's kind of a expansion pack for AC2 adding only one city, the new Revelation I think it's goind to suck badly, AC Brotherhood on IGN got a 8.0, weil AC2 got a 9.2
Ahem. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is NOT AC3. There is a reason they didn't put a 3 in the title, and a reason they didn't put a 4 in the title of Revelations. Since Brotherhood and Revelations are continuations of Ezio's story, they are not being labeled as 3 and 4. When they change the ancestor, or maybe even the main character (Desmond) then it will be AC3.
Anyways, about the game. I agree the story, at least the first half can be boring. However the added multiplayer and challenge modes ( or whatever they are called) were certainly entertaining. It was worth every penny I paid for it.
Note: The tie-in to the Facebook AC game was also pretty cool.
It is the first game of the series that i played although i've seen the first AC. It really impressed me! It was excellent playing it. The freedom it gives to the player is to me amazing. However the one thing that did bug me was the point were...

...you grab the apple of Eden and start electrifying everything in reach. Not only it drains you of all your health to perform a close range attack but also you are really contained with it. You can't unequip it, use healing item or anything else.
You can buy another game, like Red Dead Redemption, and after a month or so you'll want to play ACB again.
Atleast, that's how I do it: Have multiple games at the same time so they will never (hardly ever) get boring.
But ACB doesn't really disappoint me, I like the story and the multiplayer concept. It's original. I also like the crossbow function of your recruits, although it makes the game a tad too easy: The first time I used it, they killed all the 12 guards chasing me.
Can't wait for ACR, I really want the story to continue!
I do have Red Dead Redemption. Multi games actually get boring, The crossbow function is when you reach the level of a assasin for all of your assasins. I would say That I would return it for GTA.
I really think the crossbow and gun are stupid. I remember in Assassins Creed you were standing there anonymous in the crowd when you are trying to rescue people and then you have a big fight with 10+ guards before you finish the boss instead of standing on the roof and shoot him.
