The chapters will be split into eras, they aren't going to be terribly long. ----------------------------------------------------------
2015-2018: Asia's Rise
America has been in a rut already, in the recent years. But now, more potentially dangerous events have been occuring. The Death of Kim Jong Il has affected North Korea greatly. His son Kim Jong Un had taken over, and so far his rule has led other countries into thinking that something will go wrong, sooner or later.
Kim Jong Un so far has done nothing completely serious, but recently in 2015 and 2016, he had deployed Korean Police Units into highly populated areas such as San Fransisco, Miami, Chicago and many other places. They have done nothing wrong so far, but that may change sooner or later.
The Japanese had supposedly called for a meeting, and they have joined forces with North Korea. Russia and China so far are not sure about what to make out of this situation yet, but they may hold plans in the future. The rest of the world is trying to keep their government and economy stable, with no idea of what is happening.
The Americans want to do something about the Korean Police Units in their cities, with the feel of being insecure. However, they do not want to start any conflicts with North Korea, a currently powerful country, rising ever more.
I like how you're going with this. However, there's a few points that you should clarify or look more into. Firstly, why would the US allow Korean Police Units into their major cities, much less into the country? Of course the US doesn't want war with NK, but it won't go so far as to allow Korean Police Units to enter the country.(Being the paranoid Americans we are).

Thanks, I guess it would make sense that America would do something about the Korean Police Units. I don't really think things through very often.
Next Chapter will be split into parts because The Control of Asia is kind of long.
The Korean Police Units have started up some activity, capturing civilians, which most have never been seen since. The American Policemen have retaliated, along with other citizens. But unfortunately, attempts to stop them have been fruitless, and many of the population were killed off, or taken prisoner.
Later into the year, citizens and policemen have stopped their futile attempts of retaliation, and have gone into hiding. The Americans have gotten their military involved in this, however budget is causing issues.
2019-2020 The Koreans have practically taken over many high population areas, with little to no American control whatsoever. Paratroopers, Naval Troops, Tanks, you name it. They're everywhere. Many battles have been or are fought in neighborhoods and buildings. Other countries have resisted helping the Americans, for reasons unknown.
I like your timeline, and I might use one like it to imagine up a story or two later on, but your.... telling- skizzals aren't so awesome. First off, when you write, write about what you know. The military things, you should already know. Like the relationships between each country and such. And U.S.A would NEVER lose at home, remember Pearl Harbor? Well... don't remember being present, but the effects of it on the population? We don't let anyone mess with us, especially not on our turf. So I'm sure if NK Cops were taking citizens and stuff, the US would've resulted in over doing the control and stuff, taking up every NK looking person they could find. It's just what we do. Anyways, I can't see if you are trying to look at this from a.... textbook standpoint or trying to tell an actual story... Work on your standpoint, and figure out WHAT you want to do with this story before you write it and post it on here, or at least explain it a bit.
Yeah, if you could clarify what standpoint you're coming from, I'd appreciate it.
I'm also inclined to agree with MoonFairy. Are you trying to tell a story about what you think is going to happen or are you trying to make predictions about what is going to happen in the next millennium?
I think that if you're trying to make it a story, go for it; it's an interesting idea and I'm curious to see where it goes. But please make it clear what you are going to do and what you are saying.
