^ I just got Plants Vs Zombies today, I'm a little more than halfway through adventure mode, and it's awesome! It's on sale for $5 on Steam, if you don't have it I recommend you get it.

Resident evil is good

Left 4 dead / left 4 dead 2 are fabulous, but aren't avalible for ps3s. otherwise, I'd own them both. I have dead nation and it is alright. I heard that dead island is crappy but haven't played it yet. I think that zombies on Black Ops are awesome too.

The only zombie based game I have is Dead Rising 2 and is the best game ever and is worth the pay.Plenty of weapons to choose from like a baseball bat a fire axe a pistol and a sniper rifle. It also has an incredibly hard achievement where you have to defeat over 70000 zombies.There are also phycopathes that you can choose to defeat if you want.One of the phycopathes is a mailman and another is a mascot in a monkey suit.There are different endings to DR2 but only ending A do you survive.The main plot of DR2 is that your dauter is bitten buy a zombie and you have to go and get a cure that only last 24hours for her you are in a safehouse and have to wait 3 days until the military come to rescue you but can they defeat the dreaded Gas Zombies?

zombies is a good game but i cant say that after you die when your on like level 15 it is really disaointing!

I don't have Dead Rising 2 the proper game but, I have the add-ons for it and it's a good game, I also have Left 4 Dead 1+2 and they are the best zombie games I have played. I'm getting Dead Island for Christmas, and I have played resident evil 5 which is alright.

Well, basically everyone is already suggesting all the zombie games but one I think...

Call of Duty has a side business of Zombies along with bad Multiplayer.

However, if you want to play a game which will actually scare the living @#$% out of you, I recommend the Penumbra series and Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

Those are games where the developers know how to actually scare people

Penumbra is awesome. Unbelievably scary though.

As for zombie shooters, I'd go for Painkiller. Great music and fun gameplay.

Dead Island.. Best zombie game I'v ever played. You'r on a Island full of zombies and you can walk around the whole map grinding zombies with million kinds meele weapons

Left 4 Dead 2 for Multiplayer purposes. It's not scary but killing zombies ESPECIALLY on VS is lotsa fun!

Dead Rising 1 is fun. haven't played 2 though.

I heard that Resident Evil will be launching it's own L4D-ish game.

I'm looking at playing Resident Evil series and also Dead Rising 1&2.

cod black ops is not really good,it's kinda small !
I repair,I kill,I buy that's all !
Half-Life was better than this game !
