I'd be someone probably from Team Fortress 2. If I die, I respawn. Here's what I think would happen:

Police: "Put the gun down. You're surrounded!"
Me (as a Heavy): "You'll never get me!" *Fires minigun into the police and laughs*
Police sniper: *Shoots me in the head*
Me: *Respawns as a spy* "He's gonna get it this time."
