I haven't duped in Oblivion because I bought the game after they patched that and I didn't want to undo all the updates just to dupe, so I would have to say duping in Dead Island, but now that's patched too, good while it lasted though.
Duping in Oblivion is the bomb. I got my Alchemy skill to 100 in like 20 minutes, and I destroy everyone because I never run out of enchanted arrows.

Its actually possible to still dupe even with all the patches. I bought the game like, 3 months ago and I still dupe.
There's a bug or a glitch in Siege Hero Viking Vengeance that makes stuff move when you tie many pieces together. It's like the forces tries to pull everything apart but since they are attached, there's nowhere they can really go. I made many creation that exploits this glitch which is very amusing. For example some ships I created are sailing by themselves and some animals and statues walks. Check my profile page and follow the links to the Siege hero thread if you're interested to find out. Look on page 35 for some funny examples.
My best bug has just happened this week when playing Skyrim. I was fighting and suddenly I decapitates someone with a nice move. But instead of one head rolling on the floor I got like 9 heads rolling.

In MW3, there's this glitch, where you go up to an enemy, zoom in with your sniper, press the knife button, then pull out your knife, then, as long as you can see their name in red, you will lunge at them. It looks cool for trickshots, and if you do it correctly, you can shoot up into the air...
borderlands. shotgun jump. you can also shotgun jump under the vault to see two other vault monsters! they are him with and without his tenticals and missiles.
socom combined assault for the ps2. skywalk glitch. that was so awesome. also the 'inside your face' glich was pretty beastly.
