I don't know if you all remember me that well, but I was most active here, and in the Forum games section and know quite a few of you. I've been inactive for quite a long period of time, and I just had a question or two for you all here(: First: Has ArmorGames ever fixed its "I will destroy any copied and pasted microsoft word with meaningless symbols" thing yet? Second: Wanna be friends? :3 Third: I've been working on a fiction recentley that I've had stored away ever since 8th grade. It's based upon Greek works, and the myth of Icarus and Daedalus. My dilemma with this is the way I am portraying the gods. In the story, I'm using the modern day, archetypical gods like Hades and Zeus. However, I differ from mythology b/c just like in "Clash of the Titans" or "Percy Jackson" series, It depict Hades as a bitter and vile god ruling a tormenting hell, and Zeus as a justice fulfilling sort of character. Readers of mythology will recognize the fact that Hades was NOT a vicious, tormenting hellish figure, but merely a dismal one. The land of Hades was also not a fiery hell (in my story it is)Hades was actually just a dark place, with no glory or honor. In your opinions, is it okay to modify anctient literature like this for my story, and would you still read it if I began to post the pieces I've edited through?
