I figured I'd make a new art thread. I don't draw as much as I used to, but I do draw, and you people used to like seeing things. So hi again.

Assuming you mean the background colour thing in the second pic, I first made the brush stroke(s) with a single colour, then I locked the opacity and grabbed two huge soft brushes to colour it with. Gradient tool could have worked too at that point.

Story time!

The mushroom field is getting flatter and flatter, because creepers keep creeping in and blowing up the remaining hills while I'm out there and I'm lazy when I fill them in.

One time a creeper chased me across it at night and then exploded and made me fall halfway into a hole in which there was ANOTHeR creeper that exploded just as I clambered out.

I liek creepers.

You can imagine what transgressed from there. I like the new picture, especially the rainbow writing. Is it a layer? Or is there just a pen that can write in multiple colors like that?

yo im not the best drawer but can i post some of my drawings?

(i mainly draw guns and im still trying to get my head round drawing people oh BTW im 11 so yeah...)

The writing was white on its own layer. Then I locked the opacity and went nuts on it with a low opacity rainbow gradient. Some 20-30 uses at various angles for a messy colour result.
