I agree with Biker until the Blue Dragon Scales. You can get around 800 gp for that. Baby Blue dragons are pretty easy to kill wiht their low defense and life is about 50 I think? They drop Baby Dragon Bones that almost sell to 1.1k right now. I can make 30k in about 10-20 minutes. Not fast but an okay spot to train and can give you big prayer points.

pure ess is best dont play much now but when i did 80 pure ess was like 100k
