That's right....For many of you who have experienced this tragic event, what was your first thoughts, and what did you do for a new one?

My first thought was to break it to releive all stress/anger...What did I do? I returned it to Microsoft and 4 weeks later got a brand new system!

nah, nothing does unless you accidentally send them the game in the console or something, cuz then tech support just keeps it

i only got it the first month i had my xbox after about the first month it went away i haven't seen it since christmas

you should all fear the red ring of death it happend to me once i had to send it in to get another. but i got a free game awesome

Our 360 red ringed while ago, but we bought a new one straight away, and this one reads discs better anyway (our old one always used to give disc read errors, right from when we bought it)
So I was mad when it red ringed, but i'm glad now since the new one is so much better.

plus its not like i lost my gamerscore or anything, so its no big deal
