I was playing Sonny 2,trying to get the Legend achievment.I was fighting the baron,and my allies,Veradux and Roald,were dead.The baron was at around 65,000 hp,and he had started to regenerate his focus.The turn after,he casted Tick Tock on himself!I have no idea what caused this,and he casted Holy Scars the next turn(overkill much).This did 109,000 damage(approx) and i won.This has never happened to me before.I am a level 11 Hydraulic,with 4/4 in Impair,3/4 in Bloodshed,3/3 in Restore,1/1 in Hot Blooded,and 4/4 in Cold Neurology.So i won the fight,but i am wondering why The Baron casted Tick Tock on himself.Any answers?Help is sought after right now,and would be very thankful to any clues to help shed light on this.
I think i found the cause of this.I guess that if battles take too long, the opponents glitch up and cast things on the wrong people.I had Felicity cast Blade Dance on me...lol.She would also cast Shadow Blend on me(Which did NOTHING, because my speed is always neglected).This also happened with Nostalga,but he just did nothing,yeah...NOTHING.Still,makes the Old Ghosts achievment easier.So i guess you can lock this now,admins.
The Baron casting Tick-Tock on himself is indeed a rather well-documented phenomenon; this certainly isn't the first time we've heard of it. Still, it is very interesting regardless.
I think i figured why the baron casts Tick Tock on himself though.This probaly happens because when you are by yourself,the AI self-expects you to have an ally with you, so it probaly confuses itself for the ally.Just a glitch in the AI,i guess.
That is a good point there,ReinjinmaruNinja,but she has never broken the shield she's put on me.And the fact that she only does it when i'm alone is weird.
